Capsicum / kudamilagai Gravy For Chapathi

Today we are going to deal with Capsicum.You know everybody have a special ingredient and they always have a stock of it in home. I would say my special ingredient is capsicum in most of the cases. Because it tempts people to eat the recipe and it comes with many health benefits too. Capsicum comes with different colours and all do have extraordinary health benefits. It prevents cancer, good for immune system and more.  




So now we are sure that capsicum plays a vital role in maintaining our health. Let me explain a recipe with capsicum for you today. And this recipe go well with chapatti.

Capsicum / kudamilagai Gravy For Chapathi :

Let's see how to prepare delicious capsicum gravy.

Ingredients :

Capsicum - 4 Nos
Tomato     - 2
Onion        - 2
Ginger       - 5 Cloves
Garlic
Cumin seeds
Fennel seeds
Coriander seeds
Clove
Cinnamon
Bay leaf
Oil
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Chilli Powder
Water

Steps :

Step : 1 Grind Ginger, Garlic, Coriander seeds. Make it as a paste.

Step: 2 Grind tomatoes into a fine paste.

Step: 3 Add 3tsp of oil in a pan and saute chopped Capsicums.

Step: 4 Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, Fennel seeds, Clove, Cinnamon, Bay leaf. Then add finely chopped onions and saute for a while. Now ginger garlic paste and tomato paste, Saute untill raw smell goes.

Step : 5 Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and then add some water and close the lid. Wait for some time.

Step : 6 Add the fried capsicum and cook it for few minutes.

Delicious capsicum gravy is ready!!

Healthy Food Items to cure Low blood pressure / Hypotension

Today we not going to deal with recipes , instead we are going to see some home remedies for low blood pressure.

I come across many people with low and high blood pressure and they faces some issues. If i concerned, i would say Whether it is  low blood pressure or some highly serious disease, we need to be mentally strong to move on. Because medicines cannot cure diseases untill we are mentally strong enough. First of all we need to think that "we will be recovered back soon", then it's  easier for medicines to cure it.


So be strong to defeat things! Low blood pressure is not at all a problem. If you have some symptoms of low Bp like dizziness, lightheadedness then definitely you need to check with your doctor for appropriate treatment. .  


We define it as low blood pressure when If bp is less than  90 mm Hg systolic or 60 mm Hg diastolic. This might be caused by various medical conditions. Healthy lifestyle can helps to control our Bp.

Lets see some healthy food which helps to raise Bp,




Beetroot Juice :
Beetroot juice well deals with low blood pressure. We can take once or twice in a day.


Salt :
Salt helps to increase the blood pressure but too much of salt intake may also cause problem. Add small quantity of salt in a glass of water and drink it.


Water :
Water! Water! Water!  Taking more water prevents dehydration and helps to increase blood volume.


Tulsi / Basil leaves :
Crush 15 tulsi leaves and extract the juice. Add one teaspoon of honey along with it and have it in the morning. Tulsi leaves not only deals with low Bp, it also helps to reduce stress.


Pomegranate :
You can take pomegranate as a fruit, juice or in some other forms. It helps to maintain your blood pressure.


Almond milk :
Almond milk helps to increase blood pressure. You can take it in the morning.


If you are experiencing some serious issues with low Bp, it's better to visit your doctor to undergo medical treatment.
