Today we are going to deal with a common health issue which affects women in reproductive age. Yes i'm speaking about PCOS ( Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome ). Even i have come across so many women suffering by PCOS and the saddest part is this syndrome ultimately affects pregnancy. But sometimes symptoms and severity levels varies from women to women.
We all know without women we are not here and it hurts me a lot that a huge number of women all over the world suffers by this syndrome. So definitely it's time to place a big full stop for this issue. If you rise a question "Whether PCOS women able to give birth to a healthy child or not? " the answer is big yes but they need to change few things in this their routine life seriously.
We are not going to see about what is PCOS, what are all its symptoms and so on. Because so many girls are suffering by this syndrome so we are going to see about natural remedies of PCOS.
Even there occurs so many good medicines available for PCOS but we need to change our lifestyle to get better result.
Now you may have a question "What is the first step to fight against this syndrome ?"
First Step :
The very first step is please throw away your laziness. Because we earn nothing because of being lazy except diseases so refresh your mind and order your body to be active for the whole day. Just keep in mind you can have your baby in hand as soon as you come out of PCOS.
Start your day with brisk walk. May you feel bored or lazy to continue walking when days go on but don’t quit walking.It's really difficult if you thinks you're walking as burn, just enjoy doing it.
How to enjoy walking :
For example if you are about to walk in a park which is 2 km away from your home. Just try to find new routes daily to the park, may be at the end of the month you might have found at least four different routes so that you won't get bored.
Try to notice even small loveble things in the roadside while walking….. tall buildings, fresh flowers, traffic less roads and so on.
This kind of small things may make your walking more lovely.
Second Step :
Try to do your household activities by yourself because we may sometime don't find time to do exercise at home. Even household activities are also considered as exercises. It starts with cooking, washing etc. Reducing 5% of your body weight may helps to regularise your periods.
